How Home by Web Works

  Send us by email (to sell@homesbyweb.co.uk) or by post:
  • your full contact details
  • photographs of your property, grounds, views etc and
  • a description of up to 300 words (including the contact details you want included on the web page).
We at Homes By Web do not verify this information and rely on you the seller offering true and fair descriptions and photographs of your property.

Note: any photographs sent by post will be scanned in at no extra cost to you.

Our standard package includes the description and up to 4 photographs.

Additional items can be added for the costs shown under Prices above.

Send a cheque for the relevant amount to our address. We will send you a receipt by email or post as appropriate.

If you would prefer to make a bank transfer to us, please ask for our details. In this case any bank charges associated with the transfer will be for your account. We will send you a receipt by email or post as appropriate.

Property being sold privately by a developer will be charged at a different rate which will be negotiated on a case by case basis at the time.

We undertake to add your property to our pages within two working days of your details being received. However, if payment has not been made within three working days from receipt of your details, your page will be removed until cleared payment is made.

You will have a page dedicated to your property for as long as you wish and will also appear on our summary pages.

Potential buyers will see your property and contact you directly to discuss viewing etc.We do not involve ourselves in any arrangement between the seller and the potential buyer.

At no extra cost we provide details of properties to quality newspapers and magazines for potential features. If you would like your details to be passed on, please send by post a non-returnable good quality photograph of the outside of your house.

The service can be offered in addition to any arrangement you may have with an estate agent. If it is, we suggest you discuss any variation to the estate agent's commission structure should you attract a buyer via Homes By Web.
